@ HAKKASAN

As we say in every post we love Asian food, whether it be Japanese, Chinese, Thai, we love it all. Hakkasan is one of the best restaurants in London and it is a real special restaurant at that. With a dark and romantic, buzzy atmosphere and insane food, you can't go wrong. Your pocket may hurt for a bit tho   πŸ’Έ  πŸ€‘

The best thing to do is order loads and share as a group as you will want to experience the whole menu in all of its glory!

THE BAR 

The bar at Hakkasan Hanway Place is a truly iconic one. Helloo look at those pix! The ambience is just so Decorum. There's some BEAUT cocktails - but obviously being us we started with an Aperol and some champs.

So it was time to eat after a few cocktails at the bar, with a DJ in the background playing our favourite jams.

Supreme dim sum platter

black truffle and dover sole dumpling

Every single starter was beyond. Honestly there is no food out there that tastes like Hakka. Every mouthful was ridiculous and filled with flavour. The beef ribs & the soft shell crab were the definite winners for us!

THE MAINZ

Grilled Chilean seabass in honey

Black truffle roasted duck
with tea plant mushroom

Wok-fry organic Rhug lamb loin
with pied blue and salsify

Pak Choi
Seasonal Chinese vegetable

OMG !!!!!

The best thing we have ever eaten was the truffle duck, so succulent, and the truffle gravy was the tastiest thing. The lamb had a gorgeous smokey flavour and the seabass was perfectly cooked, so soft and with so much flavour.

Again all dishes were a 10/10!!

We chose not to have dessert as I think you would agree we have literally eaten EVERYTHING!!

i MEAN if we had to choose we would have chosen

poached apple, vanilla, almond feuillitine

as we have heard this is a dream boat!!
