PachaMAMA - Buff Bites

P✮A✮C✮H✮A✮M✮A✮M✮A

It was that ⏰ again. Time for Decorum to set off on their travels to find a new OR exciting haunt.

As we loved Chicama so much we decided to visit it's original sister - Pachamama. We like to eat healthy, whether its asian, peruvian, we always like to eat light.

The number 1 thing we absolutely loved here, was the ambience.

This little hidden 💎 is found on Marylebone High ST. Another favourite high street of ours. You would not even know it's there, hidden away amongst Marylebone's beautiful white washed buildings. We walked through the door and came across the best star floor (we fell in love with it at Chicama too!) and were escorted down the stairs to this beautiful romantic place!

As soon as we made it down the stairs in our platforms, we were immediately hit with the bar. You know how much we love a bar, especially "mama's bar" lit up in a neon pink. We were taken to our table and given a cute little white flower. Within five minutes we were sitting and taking in the atmosphere with a Pisco Sour - a must have here!

Dishes are designed to be shared using the freshest and most unique ingredients. Trust US when we say the food is excellent. We started our Pachamama culinary journey with PADRON PEPPERS obvs - which were salted perfectly and came with a good spice and a good bite..

🌶

The main menu is divided into 3 easy enough sections;

SEA | LAND | SOIL

🌊

YOU KNow how much we love CEVICHE. And yes we make it ourselves every week too. Well the sea bass ceviche and yellow tail tuna were TOOOO DIEEEE. Using the freshest ingredients, the flavours were truly wow.

Both dishes were 10/10

🌵

We decided to go for the Peruvian fried chicken, which came with the most insane hot sauce. The chicken was spot 🔛 for crispiness and spot 🔛 for flavour. A must have.

We also went for the crispy lamb belly with Jalapeno & miso. OMG. We have never tried lamb belly before, but this was soft and succulent with the best flavour. Definitely up there with one of our favourite dishes.

We only ordered the fried aubergine from the vegetable section as we were recommended by our lovely waiter. What a stunning aubergine it was. Absolutely stunning texture and taste.

We didn't get dessert as we were full and content from all of the beautiful food we had just eaten, but we wrapped up our fantastic dinner with another few drinks at the bar.

Pachamama is a great place for drinking with friends and family whilst also endeavouring truly beautiful flavours. WE are definitely going to make a lot more trips back here, especially on a Saturday night..

The bill came to about £50 each but that was 3 drinks each and a hell of a lot to eat.
